Any Bluetooth headet wil work - doesn't have to be Nokia. One of the Computer mags had a test recently (last month I think) and the Logitech came out top. 7/8 hours talk time.
I've got the Sony Ericsson and it has about 2/3 hours talktime which is a bit poo when you travel to Liverpool or somewhere. Also, try them on before you commit - some are a lot more comfortable than others. And it depends a lot on your ear shape/size. I myself have small, cute ears (!!!) so the SE is fine. But if you've got a couple of Cauliflowers the SE may be poo.
Carphone Warehouse usually let you try them on,
Cheers

The BT200 and the BT250 are a problem for the Nokia 6600. Nokia sent a memo out warning of battery drainage on the phone if used in conjunction with one of these headsets. The phone leaves the bluetooth channel open, constantly searching for a bluetooth connection and subsequently drains the the battery.
