What company do I need to speak to about finding where the hell my parcel is that cleared customs on Monday, but find the last 50 miles of out 5000 very slow?

Royal Mail if its under 8Kg I think it is. I am waiting over 4 weeks for an item - its a joke! The US leg is complete in 5 days - sits in the RM/HMC&E for 3 or 4 WEEKS!

parcel force charge loads more for customs handling charge than Royal mail

I got something from the USPS today and it took 7 days that included going through custom and excise and the b@stards charging me £10 for something which only cost $60.
I wish i remembered to ask the bloke from the US to put only $30 on the parcel now

Do things get lost often on way from USoA ?

Camber bolts and gauge from Prosuspension in USA sent in April, not delivered yet!

Company has put a claim in but royal mail in UK not yet responded ( 5 weeks later! ) so done it again.
Seems the USPS is down with it when handed to UK's Royal Mail, so it's down to them to trace it and find it or pay out.

never had a problem myself- i always use international signed for tho. Normally takes about 5 days
