Depends where, when, who with etc...
Bookatrack who I have used and are good, does them from £99 for an airfield (like Elvington for example) up to just over £200 or so for a day on the continent.
Dont forget though, there are many sundries which will bump up the price (unless you are taking an old banger that you dont care about I guess!!) Helmet hire/purchase, fuel, fluids, service, tyres, insurance if you want, accomodation perhaps etc......
Be careful, you will 99.9% be hooked if you do it!!

As John says it is addictive If you are using a Scoob, remember that it is a heavy car and the average track day is roughly equivalent to 5000 road miles. Therefore, if you run on part worn tyres - you could easily finish them off totally. A spare set of brake pads is also a wise investment.
If you are going to do them on a regular basis then a second set of tyres and wheels is a good investment. Semi slick or fully slick tyres are not as expensive as you think and will stand up to a whole summer of track days - whereas road tyres will get destroyed.
Don't even think about doing one without trackday insurance (most of the time, your standard policy won't cover you).
