Bishop Auckland - whats it like?
Anyone know what Bishop Auckland is like? I
t seems pretty close to Newcastle and some 250 miles from me but I may need to go there for a meeting. This would obviously involve an overnight stay so, whats the place like?
Shall I get them to coem to me instead? LOL!

Its preety poor - quite rough in a rural sort of way - avoid
Nice part of the world though with lots of marvelous countryside and excellent driving roads if you stay outside bishop i.e. Darlington you will be ok
