Anyone in the vicinity of the Parade, High Street in Watford??

Its a record store ive ordered online from many times before with no problems-always prompt delivery etc
Placed an order last week and hasnt arrived- no tracking number, no delivery and my card has been debited. My order shows up online in my account and i recieved a worldpay transaction number for my payment- but thats it-nothing more.
Their email system is down- and i have been ringing their phone all day yesterday and all day so far today- it just rings and rings.
Quite a large shipment and quite expensive- so its bugging me somewhat.
Anyone in the area tell me whether its still there or if its burnt down or something- i feel a trip to watford coming on shortly which is not really what i want to do, but i may have no choice. if it IS still there can you go in and ask the w@nkers to plug their phone in.....

Dropped by last night at around 7pm. Closed, obviously, but still in business, it would appear (according to the bloke from the pizza place a few doors away).
Can't get to it during the day (or this weekened - away at a wedding), but can drop any post in to them, if you have anything you want to send. Also quite happy to see them in person when I'm next there at shop opening hours, if you can wait a week and a half.

Must have rung them about 300 times over the last 2.5 days now- it just rings and rings....
Sent them 12 emails since last week- no reply either.
