2nd round interview?
my girlfriend (how many times have i asked questions for her now) has a 2nd round interview for a job.
The list has been short listed to 2 people for 2 jobs but she/me has never has a 2nd round interview. What happens and any tips?

most of the time its to confirm you're right for the job, nothing else. i.e. an interview similar to the first, but usually with different people (e.g. the bosses boss).
the fact that it's 2 people for 2 jobs confirms this and they're very keen on you.
