What 80's computer game was this???

This has been bugging me for about 2 weeks. Somebody asked me what the game was called and i cant remember for love nor money!!!

80's car drivin game, birds eye view, firing guns, dropping oil slicks, and you could drive into the backs of lorries and hide.

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

From: Grew up and don't drive Scoobs anymore!

Just a copy of Midway Arcade Treasures on the PS2, thats got Spy Hunter on as well as well as other classics such as Defender and Paperboy.
Only cost £15

.....

ChrisL, there will be a version of mame for your palmtop. Try some searches. I'm currently running it on my SonyEricsson P800 mobile, which runs a symbian o/s.
