Default where to get plates made up???

just been to the only 2 local car shops to me to have some new number plates made up-both refused to do it cos i said i wanted them spaced differantly from what they should be -even tho i did tell them it was for show plates-so anyone know of anywhere local to stafford or lichfield or cannock that will make show plates up-i know i can get them done on net but dont want to wait like 5 days or so to get them would rather just get them made while i wait-any help??oh while im asking one shop said that all plates now have to be ticked off against a list when they are made up so should i get a legal set made at same time or not bother?

www.fancyplates.com

Try a smaller branch of motorworld etc, they may do if you slip them some cash privately, but dont bet on it- because they all have postcode and supplier on the bottom now, meaning they can be prosecuted (theoretically)

Buy the separate bits required to make the plate, then make your own.

Two plastic clear blanks, one yellow background, one white, and the letters and numbers you require.

You should use a mangle roller thingie, but its not necassary.

PS. You shouldnt be allowed to do this, but if you look properly you can buy what you want.

Show plates you say.......yeah right.

I used gtgrafix, they will space them any way you want but they are sold as for show use only (not that you would use them on the street - would you )
