i was flashed by a speed camera when in my wagon on the way up to scotland.i hoped that they was no film in but the company i was working for has got a letter from the police they said they had fowarded to me.
but the letter says i was flashed on the A1 at coldstream but it is the A697 i was flashed. and have never been on the A1.also the company i was driving for (through an agency) have no record of which wagon i was driving as i still have the tacograghs and did not sign for the keys.
so were do i stand ,am i just cluching at straws

Right - firstly - wagon = lorry, not esate subaru - correct?
Do your techos have the same reg no as the one in the letter? ie could it have been you on that day in that vehicle in that area?
Request photo evidence from police asap. If they show correct vehicle for which you have techo for then sorry, you done!

Coldstream is miles away from the M1/A1.plenty of cameras around the area though,get a lawyer to have a look or go to.www.pepipoo.com for advice.

put the tacho in the bin m8 take my word for it as a wagon driver and tell them its not you they got to prove it was you driving it

taco in the bin as soon as i found out.thats what i thought that they had to prove it.i know it was me in the wagon.but i will say i am not sure if it was me.hope it works.
