So one stupid (but on the whole accurate) comment outweighs all the work he did promoting the cause of coloured players during his managerial career does it?

I didn't say he was the man, but after over two years of trying, ITV still haven't managed to find someone as good as him

Also, I never said he was a great manager, but, as a scouser I have to confess, I was more than happy with the job he did at your gaffe
