Default Can you wash bed pillows in the washing machine? :)

Morning everyone,

Im off work today and was just enjoying a cup of tea and scoobynet on my laptop sitting in bed and ive obviously become too involved in some post reading because my cup of tea appears to be all over one of the pillows.

Obviously there is going to be trouble if this isnt sorted by the time the boss gets home tonight so can you just bung them in the washing machine?

Cheers

David

You can wash the synthetic ones, but make sure it's a cool wash (40degC) . If it's a feather pillow, dont wash it, the detergent knackers the feathers. Go on, ask me how I know

PS the way to tell the difference, Feather pillows are heavy, and the stuffing feels loose, synthetic ones are light & the stuffing feels more like one bound mass, which it is

If she's anything like the wonderful, perfect, saintly Mrs D, she's more likely to get arsey about him having the day off in the first place

This is very true, I was off yesterday too and without *really* noticing I happened to gather 7 mugs on my desk, it just seemed easier to get a new one out of the cupboard than to wash up an old one, that didnt go down well at 5.45

Just nip down to Dunelm and get some new ones for £3 each
