I am gobsmacked that a company has just charged me £25 to change the date a direct debit.

All he had to do was press about 5 keys to change 24 to 28!!!!! lazy chav probably used a mouse anyway!!!!!

Hope it wasnt a Bank, they'd charge you the £25 then ask you to make the changes on line!
