Scam my dreams are made of.
Allegedly some guys went into Ritz Casino and had a big run on Roulette wheel taking a £1m plus. Apparently using a mobile phone which incorporated a laser scanner. This could make a judgement on winning number by looking at where the croupier threw the ball and at what speed. Sounds about as far fetched as a Hustle plot but it worked! And here's the nice bit - the cops are not sure that an offence has been committed.

Did to me to but Radio 4 six o'clcok news isn't often taken and it's not 1 April. I expect it's on beeb website but I haven't checked.....
