no matter even if you fulfil every damn competancy, there is already someone else ( underhanded ! ) to get the promotion.no matter how good you do either.theres already someone to suck up to the top management and secures the job you deserve.

I'm p1ssed because I've been covering for another person since Chrimbo, which has been in addition to my usual workload. I'm now showing nasty signs of stress and have become ill due to this I've gone to the Doc's with either suspected Glandular Fever, or the aforementioned. Will know on Monday for sure - test results are back.

All because of this one person (can't prove whether he's ill or not) and/or my Management's inablility to address the problem - or my inability to state that there could be a problem

Turbohot... i know EXACTLY what you mean.... im at the point now where i am actually planning to **** my job of 15 years off and move to Tenerife ...i'll work in a bar if necessary. Anything to get out of this hole of a country
