IIRC Safeway have a 15" for $250ish (excuse the $, crap US keyboard) at the mo'.
Other than that, www.dabs.com have an 18.1" for about $340 which is a monitor with optional TV tuner. Best value for larger screen size I found.

Make sure you have a good reception as most LCD TV's look $h1te with Indoor aerials (Too much noise and blocking etc.) I personally wouldnt have one unless connected to a sat or digital source.

Although this is a 17" widescreen and might be a bit big, it is cheap and
has great picture quality.
There are better looking lcd TVs about, but few that perform better. Do a search on AVForums to see how much people like it.

Be very careful at the low end. A lot of the far eastern no name stuff is not very TV-like, i.e.
- no Nicam
- no channel presets (i.e. you channel hop like on a US TV)
- no fastext support
We spent 18 months sourcing far eastern stuff so are familiar with the pitfalls. If you need help with wallmounting VESA stuff, just ping me.
