I tell you what. I have two complete sets (bar the Maser) so how about me giving them to you in return for the Maserati GT card (assuming you get it) and this will then give you twice as much chance of winning the prize.

at the end of the day, even if the mazza costs £10k, that still leaves more than what u started with so whats the big deal!!

You can pick up the other cards in a day easily......
So no one would be silly enough to sell it!!!

Anyway, it could well be a Scoobynetter who wins this given our predeliction for Optimax so what would you do with it?
Personally, if it were, say a GT3 I'd run it for a couple of months and have some fun in the Summer and then sell it. As much as I'd like to keep a car like this I'd get a far better return from equities or property.

It could be a few more than one or two, as i bet alot of people who are given a pack dont even bother to open it. Just goes in the bin. If shell do want the car to be won, they would have to produce a few maser coupes just to be sure.
Of course, it could backfire on them and a couple of dozen people get the full set

except they have a get out. If no one has the full set, they do a random draw of optimax purchasers from a selected station and they win - even if they aren't collecting the car.
So minimum one car WILL be awarded. If shell are unlucky, all 3 maseratis will get out and get sorted.
I'd have thought the internet makes this kind of draw more risky for them?
Surely if you find out you have the rare card, you just drive round all the garages putting 5 litres in until you have all the others?
