Food advice needed
I hope this doesn't annoy the overweight members.
I am skinny (always have been) but recently I have been a little more aware of it, might be as I found out I weigh a little less than I thought.
I would like suggestions of food to eat to help bulk me up a little.
I know its easy to say eat lots of burgers ans chips etc, but I don't want to be full of fat.
Is there a better way to put on some weight?

wholemeal pasta, oats, brown rice etc etc.
you could also up your (good) fats.. with lots of omega-3... take in more oily fish, flax etc as these are easy calories (more than double whats in the equivalent weight carbs or protein).
essentially you just want to up your calories until you have an excess of a couple of hundred per day for a while.
you preferably want to lift some weights too... as you want the extra bulk to be in the form of lean mass and not flab.

eat when your hungry, eat good balanced diet lots of natural foods, but eat a little more each time and as mentioned up your excercise rate a tad until you reach a comfortable weight. Monitor daily.

Not sure if you're a member of a gym but might be worth popping in to one. A decent gym should have someone who can advise you on nutrition and exercise to help you bulk up.
I've also heard that eating before you go to bed helps too - and carbs do make you sleepy.....
