F = 32+(C*9/5)
C = 5/9*(F-32)
p.s. Oficially Centigrade has been known as Celsius since 1948!

Rough guide
Quick approximation, Celsius temp X2 + 30 = Farenheit temp
ie 20 Celsius X 2 = 40 +30 = 70 Farenheit
