Mobile Speed Camera Picture question?
Our company received an NIP for one of our vehicles caught by a mobile speed unit. As were not a Limited company, we dont keep detailed records of who is driving and when.
Today, we have received 2 photos of the vehicle along with a picture of the driver. Can this photo be used as evidence.
This 1st photo, shows the vehicle, with the time/date/speed but NOTHING is visible, ie the reg number or the driver.
The 2nd photo DOESNT show the speed but DOES show the vehicle/reg/drivers face.
Can both photos be used as evidence?
