I waited in all day yesterday for a courier to collect some parcels and no ****** turned up.

Anyone else had trouble or know what the **** is going on?

I see their website says:-

We are offering a promotional code 3579 which will activate a 20% discount as a gesture of good will.

This will be available after 12 noon Friday 5th March until midnight Sunday 7th March."

So how the **** do I know if this relates to the non-collection of my parcels or not - they're not even open today
