Can be some good looking girls work at call centres, but its often low paid and they are generally not that bright.

I visit several call centres as part of my job, and believe me the standard can be very high indeed. Granted there are many of the large-arsed variety, the vast majority are nice girls, a few proper stunners, and casual dress code means they come in low slung skin-tight jeans. Marvellous !
Or maybe I just have remarkably low standards ?

I remember I once phoned BT from a phone box as we had a problem with our line. The conversation to the lass at the other end lasted 50 mins and only 10 of those had anything to do with phones

Last call center I rang, I thought I'd misdialled and rang the local Indian Restaurant hung up as the chap talking on the other end just made a noise like a biscuit tin falling down some stairs.

Thats all well and good, as long as you can actually understand what the call centre person is saying, and as long as they understand what you actually want. Granted, it can be difficult with call centres in the UK, but in my experience the offshore ones have no real world experience and simply read from a script, without actually listening or understanding what you're on about. Try it next time you speak to one. So they've got a degree - big deal. Do you need a degree to read from a script ? Am I supposed to be impressed cos they got a degree, although they can't resolve my enquiry ?
Give me a slapper in Glasgow anyday, although I think we are beginning to digress......

i do know what you mean about the call centres though.
i work in one at the minute (actually i work in two) as im on a gap year and grafting to get a new car. the job i work in the morning (8-1) is ok. dead easy, loads of women. BUT the majority are middle aged and do it for a living. therefore the desk job+ long hours= **** massive, is pretty accurate in my book.
the other job i do is in evenings (5-10). most of my colleagues are students as my call centre is pretty close to a local uni and the majority are female aged between 19-25. some munters, but hey, thats life. what i will say is that some of these girls are STUNNING. and because of the nature of the job, not many other blokes around (that arent gay) therefore, casual sex should be in the job description.
so if you want a significantly higher chance of talking to a sexy young girl i would advise you to ring call centres in the evening

A slightly different persepctive. I knew a girl who did voluntary work with the Samaritans and frequently covered the phones through the night on Fridays/Saturdays. She reckoned that about 50% of male callers after midnight were tossing themselves off while speaking to her.
Now applying this to call centres......
Male Caller - ooooaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh!
Call Centre Girl - (confused) - I didn't think your insurance quote was that good, sir!

I used to share a desk with, lets just say a larger than average lady! All my mates wanted to meet her 'cos should sounded lurvely on the phone. I should have set them up with a blind date really, but I wasn't so cynical and cruel in those days
