There is this woman with the biggest b(.)(.)bs I've ever seen!!!!!

They are natural and she's having them reduced.
They are so big they are calling it an amputation rather than a reduction.
Poor woman I have no idea how she's been able to walk with the weight.

Theres some other guy having a face lift aswell.
Think they'll show the woman again in a min.
She hasn't had the op yet (23:40)
