400 speed cameras in London.... 140 without film.....
Since moving to London 7 years ago, I think I have been flashed around 20 times, but touch wood, have not got a ticket since I was 17, and quickly learnt where most of the sites are/stopped doing illegal turns/speeds.

Firstly, can't believe there are 400 in London, secondly, think it's great that only 60% are really used, and thirdly think it is excellent that they may scrap most of them.
Carve up the bus lanes too and we're getting somewhere.
Does anyone have any "theories" on how to tell if a camera is in use. There was a saying that the film needed an air intake, so if there are no holes open at back it is empty........
