RDPR
RDPR stands for Refer To Drawer Please Represent.
This is a banking term applied to a cheque that has been returned unpaid due to lack of funds. The bank on where the cheque is drawn return the cheque to the accepting bank(the one where it was paid in) asking them to put it back through the Bank's clearing system in the hope that the account holder will have paid in to cover it.
This is the only reason that this term can be applied.
And the moral of the story is.......
Don't accept any more cheques from this person

Usually the bank will return it twice with that answer (unless they are certain there will be no funds to cover it next time round), and then finally return it "Refer to Drawer" - your bank will then send the cheque back to you.
