Did you say in description "contact me with 3 days of end of auction" or anything?
I assume you have dropped them reminder emails?
I would give it 7 days incase they are legit and just away, then concider them a non payer.
I had a case where the email address ebay sent me of the seller was no longer in use and therefore I had to wait until the seller wondered why me, the buyer, had not contacted them.

I currently have 38 non-payers.
List a non-payer alert after 7 days, then request a final fee refund after a further 10.
Then, 89 days 23hrs and 59 minutes after the auction's end leave negative feedback with no reply possible.
