After 2 year insurance claim, success (of kinds)
Hi Everyone
Just thought that id let yuo chaps and chapesses know that I won my insurance claim against a certain bus company that ripped off the driver side of my car.
It has taken 2 years, almost to the day but today they made an offer I accepted, although I did actually lose in the longrun.
Basically, at first they denied it was their fault etc etc.
Six months later, nothing had happened.
After much faffing they offered 50/50. Were told to go and boil there heads !
Then no communication from them at all, so we asked the court to rule in their absence. That woke them up a bit.
Then they offered £1800 minus solicitors fees, so Id end up with about £800. Again told to f*ck off. The car cost £2.5K to fix.
Finally they offered just shy of £3K so I will end up with £2000.30 in my hand.
Sad but at least its over. Im 500 notes outta pocket but hey, its at an end. In fact it took so long that that 2K is spending money now because the loan I took out to fix the car was paid off long ago.
Now the question is, do I ask the coach companies if they wish to buy 4 domain names I registered (all the coms and co.uks) for another 2K the lot.
Anybody thats interested can read the story at http://www.arrowebrook.com/
