Tax Loophole on Double cabs - what's happening ?
Hi all,
I know that you can currently get a doublecab pickup and it's classed as a commercial vehicle for tax purposes, you therefore pay just the tax downside on £500. But I know that the inland revenue are looking at this.
Anyone know what's gonna happen ? And when ?
Cheers
Matt

I spoke to my accountant about this, aparently they are looking at it, will probably come through in the next budget, worst case it will just be taxed as a car, i.e. on emissions.
I think thats about the last loophole to close unless anyone knows of any others
