Buy to let - anyone seen any 90% LTV deals?
Got an offer in principle on 2 loans at 85% LTV but if I could find some 90% deals I could do 3 - my IFA says he cant see any 90 percenters though???

I just phoned Bank of Ireland (also 85%). They said new products would be out at the end of this week, fixed rates were withdrawn when the 0.25% went on.
