any one done a CEMAP certification course ?
Did all three last year - Papers 1 and 2 are fairly straightforward - Mostly common sense - Allow about 60 hours to study the coursework for each one - Once you register you have a year to sit the exam - I would suggest you book Paper 2 (products and policy) as soon as you have registered, as no-one ever does any study until near the deadline. Similar for paper 1, but it covers regulation framework, which you just need to spend a few days learning, cos you will never work it out.
Paper 3 is more difficult - I think it would be easier for me now having a good deal more experience, but it is based on translating all the theory from paper 1 & 2 into giving advice.
All in it took me three weeks to do all the papers, but I did nothing else for that time and spent about 10-12 hours a day studying. That said - some of the other guys in the office have sat some of the papers three or four times without passing
