Do taxis get pulled for speeding?

Ye - I got a taxi into town one night at about 2.30 - roads wre empty but I was going for food for 12 people at a party. - Guy got pulled for 35 in a 30 - empty road.
Got the food, came back up the road at 30 - got to the 40 section - stayed at 40 on the button, hit the dual carriageway and got nailed for 66 in a 60...... by the same copper -
Copper laughed and said - don't worry about it - you aren't the first and won't be the last - all we get at this time of the night is taxis - smarmy bastid :grrr:
