Question

I made up a batch of tuna/mayo a few days a go and put in the fridge for making sannys. How long does it keep for in a sealed container in the fridge? It smells ok assuming you could ever describe tuna as smelling ok!

Also, same question re: egg mayo

If you're a woman then throw it away now....

If you're a bloke then it's Ok to eat until you start to see mold growing on it..... even then you should try it just to make sure it's gone off

mayonaise must last quite a while though, because it doesn't say you have to eat within two days on the jar!

I suppose it boils down to what bacteria you have introduced onto it or it could end up looking like an experimental bacteria culture!

You'll be fine! Look on the bright side, even if you do succome to a bacterial infection from them, at least you will have the antibodies for next time which will mean you can leave your sarnie filler for longer!

SB -it'll be fine.
Trust me.

The egg mayo will go off quicker, but the tuna should last ok if kept in the fridge.

Freeze it and defrost it a couple of times, just to make sure

...that you should throw it away.

LMAO Busted I have limits to my sacrifices. If the truth be known I'm REALLY struggling to get going with the eating properly again. I just feel sick a lot of the time and struggle to force myself to eat
