Here here. Makes me laugh that just the prospect of snow finds its way onto all the news bulletins! Seems even the idea of a bit of thw white stuff is enough to bring this country to a standstill

They have issued a weather warning.

Also most of the big stores think something's on the way. They are stocked up with antifreeze, heaters, duvets and anything else they can think of, that is associated with cold weather.

Been looking at the BBC online weather every day since Friday, on Friday they forecast the minimum temperature would be -8 where I live on Monday and now they forecast only -1. Hmmm a bit of a ***** up me thinks, I think they are slowly trying to change their story it’s going to be a bit nippy but no ware near as cold as they say.

I spent last week working at Iceland's head office. A lot of stores have been ordering salt as they reckon all the old people come in and buy loads when it gets cold.
All the stores were issued a weather warning telling them to keep an eye on the car park and store entrance etc.
No reports of panic buying though...

What are you:
A professional snowman maker or gritter driver?
If you are a gritter driver, why do you guys have such a big smile on your face when you are approaching our P1? Is it something to do with seeing a grown man cry?
