I really don't get what the fuss is all about. ok, the ads are annoying, but all ads are. tv ads, radio ads, whatever. i can't beleive that 19 pages of thread have been generated over this.

Can they not be seperated from the previous user's post?? They look like who ever has posted before them has posted the ad.

Or you could get the ad blocker from a file sharing client and save £25.

Apple Mac users can download SpeedManiac from Apples website to get rid of them. Just done it myself, leaves an empty post titled "Sponsored Links". Combined with PopUpZapper, makes surfing much less stressful.

Perhap's all the moaners should have a go at running the BBS and see how they get on. The adverts are being tried for a perfectly understandable reason and it is really not difficult to look past them to the next post. Or would you prefer to be charged for using SN?

Yeah fair comments, but one of the main issues isn't the adverts themselves, it's the fact simon directly accussed genuine scoobynetters of stealing from him, which is quite frankly absurd and completely out of order and has pissed off quite a few people!
on top of that he doesn't even have to ***** to apologise and just insults people.
