..or in other words the guy that has just been the subject of "notorious" on BBC2.
Now there's a guy that would be good on boss swap
anyone watch it?

I'm sure my opinion of him might change if I'd bought one of his "earlier" kitchens, but I must say he seemed like a chap trying to do his best.
How much of it was an Oscar-winning performace, I don't know - but his face after suggesting he ought to get a fifty grand fine looked positively remorseful.

"Graphs are for thick people. I've gorrit all up 'ere!"
Genius. The bit where he had all his senior team finding damaged doors was priceless
I also like his "coffee-break": a can of Woodpecker and a spliff in the car park
Most of the problems people were describing seemed no worse than you get with IKEA units .... also reminded me that on "Grand Designs" the night before, a £36,000 oven still wasn't working after 2 changes of thermostat.
Sometimes you get exactly what you pay for, other times you don't. Problem is, you can't tell when.

I have been to maple industries with a mate about a year ago, we went in the wrong entrance as it happenend and through the warehouse, there was tons & tons of kitchens, he certainly has the stock.
In the end it was cheaper to get one from B&Q, but at the time ( which was just before the rouge trader stuff )it seemed like qiute a well run operation, a bit tatty in places but then a lot of thee old mill business are.
I'd work him tommorrow, top bloke I thought, says what he likes, and likes what he fcukinwell says.
PMSL at the story with scrapping with thye scousers
