It was about male cosmetic surgery.
I can't for the life of me remember what the title was.

There were guys having peck implants, butt implants, bicep/ triceps and worst of all ***** enlargements.

There was this guy who I think (someone correct me if I’m wrong) already had 8" ***** but wasn’t happy???
He had the ***** ligaments cut to make it longer. They cut him in a Y shape it looked so painful (look away from the screen, ouch ouch ouch)
Then he had fat from his butt injected to give it more girth. eeewwwww
It was a good few inches longer after woods but it looked too big at the top and the end was out of proportion.
There was this other guy who was 3" I think and he had same type of thing done. Think he ended up 2" bigger. He had to have hard fat lumps removed though. (more looking away from the screen ouch ouch ouch !!!)

There was this other guy who took a bet from a mate for $100,000 to have breast implants done. I don't mean peck implants. I mean full on Dcup breasts. He had it done that bit was all a bit weird!!!!! (they didn’t show the actual op for that though)

It was pretty graphic but amazing to see what some guys will go through.
