Radio 1 have announced that radio duo JK and Joel are to join the station.

The pair currently host the Breakfast Show on Manchester's Key 103, but will join the weekend line-up from the summer.

They have won several awards for their show including a Silver Sony Award, the radio equivalent of the Oscars.

JK and Joel say they can't wait:

"We have had a great time working in Manchester but the chance to reach a national audience is just something we could not ignore. Radio 1 looks like a really exciting place to be at the moment - it's going to be great to be a part of it."


Now being from manchester, I can categorically state that these two bell ends are ******* garbage. If **** like these can win awards, and be picked by the biggest staion in the UK, it doesen't say much for DJ's today does it?

These two are ***** but I think the Galaxy presenters are worse. The ones in the morning (Irish allen, nixi and who ever that bint is) God they make me cringe. There humour is unbelieveable and talk about low brow. They are the ultimate presenters for Chav scum.
I can only imagine there target audience are people from Wythenshawe

 

You want to try listening to GWR FM in Bristol & hear "Bush and Troy" the muppets we have to endure in the morning..... Radio 1 are welcome to them any time!

I dont need there address. I can see them as they go into the Key 103 building. I live next door on a 4th floor flat. Might throw some stale milk on them keep them smelling all day
