my g/f mentioned she wants to go to a classic style cinema, the 1930's big screen ones. shes not a huge fan on the new multiplex ones.. so does anyone know of any of the golden age cinemas around northampton area?

if you can, go to the electric cinema on portabello road. well worth the trip

yep, thats the one. saw return of the king there. usually cinema seats cripple me, but they were superb. HUGE leather things with foot stools. good retro deco, you can buy a beer there to! only thing is, take your own popcorn n sweets coz they dont sell it there.
