just venting my spleen- just employed (co-directors m8's wife)who is Ukranian, shes here to pack & order imput- so I thought, today she has decided to start answering the phone- her english is minimal to say the least and shes been completely defeated by our Meridian system! This is in the midst of dozens of orders and international bank transfers and has now been topped off by the warehouse guy who is up in arms about some of his Marker pens not being black enough.....

Oh the joys of being in charge????
