Instead of taking the p1ss out of motorists, I have a thought-provoking concept to bring to the table.....
When all the convicted crims finally do their stretch and are released (about 6 months after the conviction
), why not dock a fiver per month (from their Giro) off the bl00dy scroungers [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]
"pay their debt to society"......
more convictions, more fines
Makes sense to me...

Good idea, very workable. I am sure however some human rights or prisoners rights org will come out in anger at these poor people being persecuted.
Face it the reason for tqaxing the motorist is because it is enforcable, motorists pay, crims don't or are not easily tracable/no fixed adode.
The motorists are this governments cash cow so just bend over and take it like a man!
I hope more people kick up a fuss and contact their mp's about stuff like this.

Stop suicide watch in prisons and fit a noose in every cell. Let the scum that wanna top themseleves get on with it and save the tax payer £1000's every week in not having to keep them in prison.
