Ok, I've opened up two online poker accounts with WilliamHill in the last few months and each time they have been credited with £25 'bonus' to spend in the WH casino. This bonus is not money I can withdraw or use on the poker tables so it pretty much just annoyed me! Just last night I took the time to figure out how to actually use the money and then figured out a way to keep it
It goes something like this: You open up a WH poker account (check to ensure they are running the £25 bonus on the website). If required you stick £20 into the account to get the bonus but then withdraw it immediately thereafter. This will leave you with £25 bonus that you can't touch. You then download the WH Casino module and with a bit of faffing around (you might need to talk to online help) you can use your login name for the poker account in the Casino module. You then hit the casino with £25 to spend but you must wager £750 before you can touch it You could just randomly gamble it (if so have fun ) but you'll probably lose the lot. Or you could do what I did. I had actually accumulated £50 of bonus (so needed to wager £1500!) I hit the roulette table and put £25 on black and £25 on red and basically gambled a zero wouldn't come up. If it did I'd lose nothing but if I didn't I gain £50 for free. With spin animation off it took about 5 mins to do and there was no zero so I got £50 for free I then transferred that back to poker, hit a table for 10 mins and turned it into £85 - DONT try this unless you are good at poker
I'm sure a lot of the online casino's out there do similar promotions. Just be sure you don't wager with your OWN money and you could get a free half-tank of Optimax on good old Saxo Boy. I accept no responsibility for you getting addicted to gambling and flushing your life down the drain

Well that pretty much is the point of these promotions! Sure, using the system like I did means there is a very real chance you'll get away with £25 from them BUT, you now have there Casino module on your comupter AND you 'UP' £25 AND you now know the basics of the Roulette table. All it takes is 20mins of madness and you're a gambler trying to claw back his or her losses. This is WHY they have such promotions

and you have a sure fire way to beat the bank,,,
casinos have been around for a long time, just as you devise methods to beat the system, they devise methods to beat you!!
your system is great until you apply the line
dont try this unless your good at poker!!!!
youve just done exactly what they wanted you to do...
gamble on there terms
the chances of joe public winning at this are nil..
stilll theres always the chance!!!

Em marty I don't think you read the thread correctly. What I was saying is that I signed up to get the £25 bonus and then used that bonus AND ONLY THAT bonus (i.e. the casinos money) on the roulette table. I bet half on black and half on red until I met the wager requirement. If a zero comes up I lose nothing more than 10mins of my time but if it doesn't then I gain £25 for free. What I did was take my free money onto the poker table because I'm good at poker. What Joe Scoobynet should do is withdraw it, delete the gambling modules and go spend it.

If I am reading this right then I there is a problem , most casinos ( not checked W Hill ) dont count roulette towards wager requirement
I have been doing similar for a while now , going round the casinos taking advantage of bonus schemes and have so far netted £6.2k

Willhill must count it because I got it. I take it most casino's don't count it against the wager requirement because of the very scheme I discovered? Pah! And here was me planning to go round them all to screw them over a barrel

Still, I'm £50 up Mr Hill so up yours
Rotty, given that I know I can do it on WH - is there anything to stop me just opening up account after account and repeating the process?? I'm guessing if I keep openings up different accounts with the same card details and address they will get wise very quickly?

If you are referring to the same casino then no you cant , they check on name , address , card details , ip and other things
If you are talking of multiple casinos then no problem ( except where 2 different casinos are actually the same company ) , I have "visited " around 80 casinos
