I know someone else posted something similar to this a few months back....but for my website I've developed my own 1/4 mile calculator based on Kerb Weight of the vehicle and maximum BHP.

I'd appreciate it if you guys could post some BHP and Kerb Weight figures for me so that I can test it to see how accurate it is. If you already know you're 1/4 time then even better.

Thanks
Marc

You could always play about with your own.

This is based on lbs, so you will have to convert that to KG first.....but try it in a spread sheet.

1 kilogram = 2.20462262lbs

MPH = 210 * (HP / Weight) ^ .3333

ET = 1353 / MPH

Sort of works.........

The results are rather pessemistic.

For example, proven figure of 360hp, giving 12.18 on about 1400kg all up weight.

Wink

Not my weapon Dracoro, It was my mates MY00 with remapped ECU & full decat.

Mines was quicker by the way! Just don't know my bhp! Must be around the 300 cause I ran the quarter in 13.2secs.

Can you work it backwards Marxman??
