This is worth a look
I don't know if you'll get the full classified list in here but you could always ring the publishers for any number you need. Outfits renting Sevens certainly advertise in here.

Rented mine directly from Caterham, but that was just for a couple of days on the street. If for track use, better read the insurance VERY carefully.
