Lose 1/2 stone & make my 4 pack into a 6 pack again.
Possible reduction in daily intake of alcohol.
Do something about getting fit again.
All linked and health related I suppose, guess its part of getting older as well

Think more carefully about what I spend my hard earned on and first stand back and think "do I *really* need it."
In an effort to save some cash
Be less crude.. (time and a place and all that!)
Perhaps why I'm still single.
Engage brain before operating mouth.
Distance myself from the "user" friends of mine.
Not be so shallow !

, seriously though to start playing squash and get pretty good at it. being healthy and looking a bit better should follow suit then.
