Dinner tomorrow, what can we do with our Turkey left-overs?

Turkey and Chips?
Turkey Broth/Soup?
Turkey Pie?

Ah...the agony of choice.

Turkey in BBQ sauce works quite well - that was Friday's dinner. Yesterday's was turkey & bacon with olive oil, garlic salt and pepper in pasta. Tonight will be turkey curry, and if there's any left after that, the cats will get it

Gotta agree turkey is crap - hence dressing it up in curry to givge it some flavour. We had beef this year as everyone in our family prefers it to Turkey lol. Old dear also did a smallish turkey for various sangers and meals over the rest of the Xmas period.

Had a lovely pitta bread (hot) sandwich yesterday. Half beef and horseradish and half turkey, cranberry sauce and mayo with some salad on top.
