As most of you are aware - Britain is a complete and utter write-off. There is absolutely no chance of brining it back. IMHO The only recourse is to get the **** out. Where else is there to go? Oz, Canada?... are they any better?

Do other comaparable countries ( eg Canada/US/Oz) have such high taxes (income tax/VAT/Petrol/CGT/Stamp duty/council tax..the list goes on), urban decay(crime/drugs etc), awful overcrowded dispepaired roads, a crumbling health system, a flood of bogus asylum seekers, a failing education system?.......

canada is excellent. i stayed with some friends in the rockies at a place called Fernie. loverly place all year round. snowy in the winter (excellent ski resort) hot and sunny in summer. its in BC but near the Alberta/BC border so if you smoke you get cheap **** in Alberta and if you drink you get cheap drink in BC. (different Tax laws.)

No industry
Run by a man only out to make a name for himself.
Have no oposing political party.
An out of control police system.
The rich getting richer & poor getting screwed.
Council taxes at 10% increase per year.
No transport system.
****e roads.
Huge taxes.
No medical system (unless u are private).
Road tax pays for 2jags cars and houses.

Take our wonderful car industry, a german company builds the mini, why couldnt we. Nissans are biult here, and honda, **** knows who owns rolls royce / bentley, jesus it cant get any worse
