2 minute Rant warning - Customer Service My ****!
Ordered my shopping online 10 days ago feeling pretty chuffed about not having to fight my way around the store so close to Xmas.
Due for delivery between 1900-2100 on 21st Dec
No sign at 2145 phone the store O"ne of our vans broke down its on its way but will be late."
Phoned again at 2320 - Sorry home shopping have all gone home !
Ask to speak to the manager "He is in a meeting sorry not a meeting an Interview"
I drive to the store at 2335 fairly p*ssed off with this fairy tale.Speak to the manager who says he cant do anything until the morning and they will deliver it then.
Of course no phone call - I have to phone Tesco.com in the morning who get the Burseldon store to call me who tell me they are sorry but they wont now be delivering my Xmas shopping and they have deleted my order!
Needless to say it was everyone elses fault except the stores or Tesco.com.
Can anyone else recommend another Delivery service and have they let anyone else down so badly. Or have they just deleted me!

Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
I would suggest that you get off here straight away and get your **** down the shops straight away as you have no chance of getting anything delivered now in time for Christmas.
