Does the sky viewing card contain all your subscription data?
I am off to my sisters for crimbo and she has sky but with no Sky sports,If I took my card with me will we be able to watch sky sports on her digibox??

Your card needs to be matched with the digibox- you'll need to take the whole lot, box+card and then just plug it into her dish. Making sure of course the power is off.

i just brought a sky plus box second hand and my existing sky card worked in it straight away 
i also remember taking my digibox round to a mates house and his card worked in it so maybe it'll work

I think that you would not be able to recieve the premium channels, ie sports and movies. Your card should be ok to get all the others in any digi box.

it depends, when SKy digi first launched the cards were not locked to the id of the box, now 99% are.
Sky will change the box id the card is assigned too if you bought a new box or if it is swapped under warranty.
I used to have 3 stb's assigned to my card, but they disabled that with the new cards they mailed round.
Unless you have had problems and have multiple boxes / visits, you will be locked down to a specific stb id, so take your box as well.
