Dodgy transaction- GWR enterprises? Anyone help?

Transaction appeared on debit card statement we know nothing about
"GWR Enterprises- lechlade" - thats all it says
not an insignificant amount of money...
Anyone know what/who this is?
Or
know anyway of finding this info out?
On hold with the building society as i type...
Not best pleased!

I have just had this on my statement (not GWR tho) and then I realised it was my ferry tickets to France
It didnt appear as P & O, but I remembered the amount

The one that got me once was
I.C.E London
was for a substantial amount... i had visions of some numpty buying loads of car audio, on my car..
then i twigged
International Currency Exchange heathrow airport
i remembered the trip then
phew!!!

If it is a railway company then you may well be the victim of ticket buying fraud. Happened to me a couple of months back - they get your card number from a receipt, order tickets online and collect them at the station.
I enquired as to how they got my home address to enter on the sie to be told that some rail companies don't validate the billing address. Worse still when the ******* pick the tickets up at the station the station staff don't ask to see the card.
Another fine example of people in this country not doing their job properly!!!!

I had three transactions a few years ago on my credit card all for large amounts, phoned the credit card company and they refunded me , i had to fill out a form though, then a few weeks later got a phone call from my vet asking why i had stopped the payments for my dog's operations!! oops
