Try asking Katana or Moses- you'll find them in the muppets. LOL

Ask the card Company, never had a problem.

Some Companies trade under various names and this can cause a problem

Thumbs down

If it is a railway company then you may well be the victim of ticket buying fraud. Happened to me a couple of months back - they get your card number from a receipt, order tickets online and collect them at the station.

I enquired as to how they got my home address to enter on the sie to be told that some rail companies don't validate the billing address. Worse still when the ******* pick the tickets up at the station the station staff don't ask to see the card.

Another fine example of people in this country not doing their job properly!!!!

Good luck,

tiggers.
