Just seen a moped go past with a 12" blue neon on the underside!!! I tried for a picture but he was just going too fast 
I bet he thinks it makes the perfect accompanyment for his L plates

A mate of mine has neons and a huge hifi system on his, he reckons he was the second person to fit a hifi to his scooter. Still not original though.
