I prefer Pride or UFC myself because despite having done Muay Thai and TKD, I prefer grappling. Less work and effort. OK, I'm lazy sue me. Gav what weightclass are you?

Hoost/LeBanner was a good fight, just a pity LeBanner broke his elbow.
Katana - that is the main reason I prefer K1 lol, UFC/Pride is good but it slows down far too much when they're grappling.

I love watching it too dont get me wrong. But watching and doing are two different things. Stand up fighting is too damn tiring and if you're a 20 a day smoker like me, you know what that means. But if you've done marathon too, if you slow the pace, you can last a tad bit longer.

I watched it, when i found it, it was halfway through the programme, but was good fighting. The NZ guy Sofi (i think)!? was good, he didnt look like he had it in him, but he come out with some class punching IMO.

Ipski, I take it you mean Ray Sefo - he's a damn good fighter, he's been on tonight too & he kicked ***. Bob Sapp has to be the most entertaining fighter by far though, no real style just pure power lol
